An Official Trailer For 'The Last Voyage of the Demeter' Has Dropped

A trailer for the much anticipated Dracula inspired film, The Last Voyage of the Demeter, has just released, promising some scares for the approaching summer months.

Directed by André Øvredal and written by Bragi F. Schut and Zak Olkewicz, The Last Voyage of the Demeter is based on a single chapter from Bram Stoker's Dracula, a chapter that details the travel of Count Dracula on the Russian schooner Demeter, and the crew that unfortunately meet their fate on the doomed voyage.

The Last Voyage of the Demeter will star Corey Hawkins, Liam Cunningham, Aisling Franciosi, David Dastmalchian, and Chris Walley. Produced by DreamWorks Pictures, Amblin Entertainment, New Republic Pictures, and Phoenix Pictures, The Last Voyage of the Demeter will be released by Universal Pictures on Friday, August 11th.
