The name Tommy Doyle should need no introduction to those who know their horror movies.

With the announcement of two new Halloween sequels to follow last year's smash hit Halloween (2018), it was also rumored shortly after that the character Tommy Doyle would be making a comeback to the horror franchise.

Anthony Michael Hall will be the third person to fill the role of Tommy Doyle, joining Jaime Lee Curtis and John Carpenter to bring Halloween Kills to theaters next year, October 16th.

The role of Tommy Doyle first appeared in Carpenter’s 1978 classic Halloween, played by Brian Andrews. Tommy Doyle would later appear in Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers, played by Paul Rudd in what would also be Donald Pleasence last appearance as Dr. Loomis.
