BUZZ: John Carpenter Confirms 'The Thing' Reboot

At the Fantasia International Film Festival this past Saturday, John Carpenter revealed that he and Blumhouse Productions are working on a reboot for Carpenter's Antarctic horror classic, The Thing.



The project was mentioned briefly when John was asked about future projects he would be directing. While it was not confirmed that Carpenter would be directing the reboot, it was mentioned that other projects at Blumhouse might see the Master of Horror behind the camera.
