Here's the Official Trailer for ‘George A. Romero’s Resident Evil’ Documentary

Residence of Evil, one of the top Resident Evil YouTube channels, has dropped a trailer for George A. Romero's abandoned Resident Evil project, and I'm sure you'll share in my disappointment that we never got this film, after you watch it.

Not to say that I don't enjoy the Resident Evil franchise of films from Paul W.S. Anderson. Those Milla Jovovich starring films are an all-time favorite of mine, but, come on...let's be real, George A. Romero would have made a very badass, very different, Resident Evil film.

George A. Romero's Resident Evil, directed by Brandon Salisbury, who co-wrote the film with Robbie McGregor, was produced by Key 13 Films in collaboration with Point Five Films. The documentary dives deep into the history of Romero's involvement with Resident Evil and Constantin Films in 1998, for a feature film that will never see light. George A. Romero’s Resident Evil utilizes archived footage, rediscovered documents, and newly filmed interviews featuring all kinds of RE individuals, including frequent Residence of Evil guest (and Chris Redfield actor) Charlie Kraslavsky.

Be on the look out for George A. Romero's Resident Evil, when it release some time next year.
