No stranger to horror, director and producer James Wan (Saw, The Conjuring) will be helping to bring an adaptation of Stephen King's vampire story, 'Salem's Lot, to the big screen.
Wan already having a major influence in the horror genre for over a decade now, will work alongside Gary Dauberman who will write and executive produce the film. Dauberman is no stranger to the works of Stephen King and helped to pen Andy Muschietti's IT and later to hit theaters this year, IT: Chapter Two.
Having been adapted in the past for both television and BBC radio, Wan and team will finally take 'Salem's Lot to the big screen and while we may not see it in theaters this year we can expect the vampire story of author Ben Mears possibly next year or the year after.
