Netflix Portugal jumped the gun on Twitter yesterday, announcing a new Resident Evil series coming to the streaming platform in 2021.
Officially announced today at the Tokyo Games Show 2020, Resident Evil: Infinite Darkness will feature well-known characters Claire Redfield and Leon Kennedy, in a story that is still unknown and underwraps. News of the new series comes only a month after Netflix announced another show back in August, Resident Evil, that will tell a two-timeline story of Albert Wesker's children, Jade and Billie, as they uncover dark secrets in New Raccoon City.
With two new series and a game on the way for those that love Resident Evil, and those that will soon come to love it, there should be no lack of scares or zombies come next year.
