Well that didn't last long! Here and gone and it only took one season, Archive 81 has been cancelled by Netflix, without any room to plant roots or grow.
Archive 81 could not escape the Netflix cancellation massacre that is currently going on, and my opinion is it's only going to get worse for Netflix. Archive 81 was given some pretty good reviews and it didn't seem to be the worst show ever put out by Netflix, but nonetheless it remains cancelled.
Season one of Archive 81 can still be viewed on Netflix, the eight episode series created by Rebecca Sonnenshine and starring Mamoudou Athie, Dina Shihabi, Evan Jonigkeit and Martin Donovan.
