Alice Eve will star in The Queen Mary, the first of three movies about the haunted British ocean linear that once sailed the North Atlantic Ocean from 1936 to 1967. Gary Shore, who co-wrote the screenplay, will direct.
Details are scarce when it comes to news about the role Eve will undertake, and even less is known about the film’s plot. The Queen Mary, written by Stephen Oliver, Tom Vaughan and Shore, as well as the other two planned features, will no doubt take inspiration from the many ghost stories that have come about since the ship’s first voyage, until now where the ship sits in its final resting place in Long Beach, California.
