Earlier this year a prequel to 1976's satanic hit, The Omen, was announced by 20th Century Studios, the film now finding a lead with the casting of Nell Tiger Free, in her first top billed, big studio role.
Plot details for the upcoming prequel are unknown at this time, as well as details for the role that Nell Tiger Free will fill. What we do know is that The First Omen will be directed by Arkasha Stevenson in her feature directorial debut, who will also co-write the film with Tim Smith.
The First Omen will be produced by David S. Goyer and Keith Levine, along with Tim Smith as an executive producer, under their production company, Phantom Four.
