POSTER: Dave Franco’s Directorial Debut ‘The Rental’ Drops First Poster

It was announced earlier in April that IFC Films had acquired the rights to The Rental and now towards the end of the month we have seen a small clip and now a poster.

Directed by Dave Franco and written by both him and Joe Swanberg, The Rental will star Alison Brie, Toby Huss, Dan Stevens, Sheila Vand and Jeremy Allen White.

The Rental will be the story of two couples and business partners, who go away for the weekend to a rental vacation house. What should be a few days of fun and relaxation turns into something far worse, as secrets are revealed and pasts exposed in this horror/thriller directed by Dave Franco.

The Rental is scheduled to release this summer July 24.
