Today is the day! Resident Evil 4 has finally released, and with it...well, yesterday, comes an official launch trailer that will leave you filled with excitement for the newly remaster Resident Evil title.
This RE adventure will put you in control of Leon S. Kennedy, the once rookie recruit with experience when fighting the undead, is tasked by the U.S. president to bring his kidnapped daughter Ashley, back home and safe. Leon's adventure will take him to Europe, where he will fight a cult infected by the Las Plagas virus.
Much like the remake of Resident Evil 2, RE4 will see changes to the story that will include expanded backstory for characters such as Luis and Krauser, as well as minor changes to gameplay and design. Capcom, and those behind the RE4 remake, have been very reassuring to fans, that the newly released Resident Evil 4, built from the ground up on the RE Engine, will meet, and or, exceed the expectation of gamers, and not just those of Resident Evil fans.
Having played the game all last night -- be on the look out on Horror Junket's YouTube channel -- I can honestly say that Resident Evil 4 meets expectations, and when the game awards roll around, Resident Evil 4 will be a top contender.
