The Forest Hills continues its buzz in the world of horror, the werewolf flick giving fans a treat with an official trailer up on YouTube.
Written and directed by Scott Goldberg, The Forest Hills made big rumblings in horror news the last couple of weeks, largely due to the return of actress Shelley Duvall. The Shining actress retired from Hollywood two decades ago, and has made the headlines in recent years when it was revealed that her times filming the 1980's horror classic, may not have been good times at all for the actress.
In The Forest Hills, Shelley Duvall's latest role will be an inner voice, a motherly one at that, inside the head of Rico. On a hiking trip in the Catskill Mountains, Rico suffers head trauma. This, on top of his mental illness, sends Rico's world spiraling into a werewolf nightmare. From executive producers Elliott Dreznick and Scott B. Hansen, The Forest Hills will also star Chiko Mendez, Edward Furlong, and Dee Wallace.
As of now a release date eludes us and the film is still listed as in production on their IMDB page. For more info you can check out The Forest Hill's official website, here.
