MOVIES: Tohill Brothers to Direct ‘The Texas Chainsaw Massacre’ Reboot

Justin Kroll of Variety gets the exclusive. Ryan and Andy Tohill will direct the next movie in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre saga.

Announced last year back in September, Legendary Entertainment and Fede Álvarez are onboard to produce the feature with Chris Thomas Devlin writing a reboot of the Tobe Hooper classic that started it all.

Details of the plot are unknown at this time but Alvarez had this to say: “The Tohill’s vision is exactly what the fans want. It’s violent, exciting and so depraved that it will stay with you forever.”
